Access the “My Art Gallery” Section<\/strong><\/b><\/p>

Click on the main menu “My Art Gallery\u201d <\/strong><\/b>and then on “List Art Galleries<\/strong><\/b>“(1<\/strong>).<\/p>

In the field \u201cName<\/strong><\/b>\u201d enter a name for your gallery, For example, type “Ben’s Gallery<\/strong><\/b>” (2<\/strong><\/b>).<\/p>

Click on the \u201cSample<\/strong><\/b>” (3<\/b><\/strong>) icon to disable it.<\/p>

Click on the \u201cCreate<\/strong><\/b>\u201d (4<\/strong><\/b>) Button at the top right corner.<\/p>

Create Your First Room<\/strong><\/b><\/p>

After clicking “Create<\/strong><\/b>“, a pop-up window will ask if you want to create a room.<\/p>

Click \u201cYes, Add room<\/strong><\/b>\u201c and provide a name for the room, such as “Ben’s Room<\/strong><\/b>” (1<\/b><\/strong>).<\/p>

Choose how to create the room:<\/p>

– Custom 360\u00b0 Image<\/strong><\/b>: Upload your photo of a real gallery or space clicking “Browse<\/strong>“<\/b> (2<\/b><\/strong>) and the “Upload<\/strong><\/b>“, or<\/p>

– Predefined Templates<\/strong><\/b>: Select a room from existing templates clicking on “Select a Template<\/strong><\/b>” (3<\/b><\/strong>).<\/i> Depending on the subscription plan, different <\/i>room sizes (Small, Medium or Large) and s<\/i>tyles (Warm Modern,” “Cold Modern,\u201d\u201cClassic\u201d and others will be available.<\/p>

Click “Create<\/strong><\/b>”\u00a0(4<\/strong><\/b>) to confirm.<\/p>

Add Interactive Hotspots (a first Artwork)<\/strong><\/b><\/p>

From the left menu, click on “Hotspot<\/strong><\/b>“.<\/p>

Inside the gallery, “Click<\/strong><\/b>” the green “+<\/strong><\/b>” icon in the top-right corner and click it to add a new hotspot<\/p>

Configure the hotspot: a popup window will open.<\/p>

– Under “Style<\/strong><\/b>“: Choose the element you want to appear on the gallery such as an Icon, a painting, etc. In this case select \u201cPainting (or other image)<\/strong><\/b>\u201c to add your first Artwork.<\/p>

– Under “Content<\/strong><\/b>“: Choose the information displayed when the hotspot is clicked such as an image, video, PDFs, 3D file, etc. In this case we select \u201cNone<\/strong><\/b>” as we just want to show the image in the gallery, with no further action.<\/p>

Adjust the painting’s size and position in the “Move<\/strong><\/b>” window:<\/p>

Resize by dragging the corners (1<\/b><\/strong>).<\/p>

Move by dragging the center of the painting (2<\/b><\/strong>).<\/p>

Once satisfied, click “Save<\/strong><\/b>“.<\/p>

Add an image to the painting:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>

Click “Browse<\/strong><\/b>” (1<\/strong><\/b>) , select the desired image from your device<\/p>

Click “Upload<\/strong><\/b>” (2<\/strong><\/b>).<\/p>

“Save<\/strong><\/b>” (3<\/b><\/strong>) your changes again.<\/p>

The painting will appear in the Gallery.<\/p>

Clicking on it, 4 options will appear if we want to adjust or edit it:<\/p>

\u201cMove<\/strong><\/b>\u201d (1<\/strong><\/b>) allows to move the painting<\/p>

\u201cEdit<\/strong><\/b>\u201d (2<\/strong><\/b>) allows to edit the painting and its contents<\/p>

\u201cDuplicate<\/strong><\/b>\u201d (3<\/strong><\/b>) duplicate the painting in the same room or other room<\/p>

\u201cDelete<\/strong><\/b>\u201d \u00a0(4<\/strong><\/b>)<\/p>

Follow these steps again to add more paintings or different Hotspots to your Gallery.<\/p>

Insert a Biography<\/strong><\/b><\/p>

Click the “Info Box<\/strong><\/b>” (1<\/strong><\/b>) section of the “My Art Gallery<\/strong><\/b>” menu,\u00a0<\/p>

Click the “+<\/strong><\/b>“(2<\/strong><\/b>) button in the venter of the page to add a section in the page and choose “Text Block<\/strong><\/b>“. Click over it to enter the text you want. A text editor will appear, where you can change the style, font, size, alignment etc for the text. E.g. your artist or gallery name, such as “Ben’s Gallery Bio<\/strong><\/b>“. Add more “Text Block<\/strong><\/b>” or other kind of block to customize your page with your biography or additional information.<\/p>

Click the green “Save<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>“(3<\/b><\/strong>)\u00a0button to finalize.<\/p>

Configure the Biography Display<\/strong><\/b><\/p>

Open the “Editor UI<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>“(1<\/b><\/strong>) section from the main menu.<\/p>

Click on the “i<\/strong><\/b>” (2<\/b><\/strong>)\u00a0to configure the infobox:<\/p>

Choose whether to display it minimized or fully open (3<\/b><\/strong>).<\/p>

Adjust its position using the “Icon Position<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>“(4<\/b><\/strong>) setting.<\/p>

Click “Save<\/strong><\/b>” (5<\/b><\/strong>) for save your changes.<\/p>

Publish and View Your Gallery<\/strong><\/b><\/p>

From the main menu, click on “Publish<\/strong><\/b>” (1<\/b><\/strong>)<\/p>

Click on “Art Gallery<\/strong><\/b>” (2<\/b><\/strong>).<\/p>

Here are the links to share your gallery:<\/p>

Click on the \u201cLink<\/strong><\/b>\u201d (3<\/b><\/strong>) or enter a custom name on “Friendly Link<\/strong><\/b>\u201d. You can also copy the Link just clicking on the black \u2018Copy\u2019 icon on the right or generate a QR code clicking on the grey \u2018QR\u2019 icon.<\/p>

Click the upward “arrow<\/b><\/strong>” (4<\/b><\/strong>) at the end of the link. The gallery will open in a new browser window for viewing.<\/p>
